In previous post I’ve presented the percentage of social enterprises in Poland in 2018 (by voivodships) and the results of cluster analysis of voivodships in which the social enterprises operate. Today, I want to update the information about the number of social enterprises and present the most important branches, in which the entities operate.
As it was stated in previous post, since June 2018, Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy has published monthly reports about number of the social enterprises in Poland. The reports contain the data by voivodships. According to this figures it is possible to see the changes, i.a.: increasing the number of these entities or the main branches (Chart 1).

The high number of entities operate in “services for companies, organizations and public administration” (290) and in “education and culture” (243). The lowest number operates in “security services” (2) and in “agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing” (14) and “economy” (15).
